Upward, our brand new single is a love song at the core. Beyond that, it is a prayer for optimal connection, relating, and an affirmation of healthy, sustainable love. It sources from our own lives and adventures of aiming to build a resilient, inspired love, drawing from the feelings and imagery of our journey, honoring the little things to the larger frame… the challenges to the bliss.. The earth to the sky.  

Honey of the Heart is not only a band, we are a couple, community & family members. Life and love can be complex, and we hope to use our inspiration for this song to make yours more easeful. We plan to Livestream from social media two weeks before and after the release of Upward (12/21/21 Winter solstice), focusing on relationship tools, sharing what we have learned and used, along our journey.
