We are so happy to invite folks onto the land that sits just 7 minutes from Downtown Grass Valley, CA. Our passion is in creating events that bring about elements of music and festivities. Whether it be a personal occasion or a public ceremony for the changing seasons, we are here to help craft the event with you and bring about the best options of entertainment, food, and overall vibe. 

If you are just wanting a retreat for yourself here in the sierra foothills, we have options of staying at the following locations: 

- The Cottage: nestled in the woods near the common pool, hot tub, sauna, and pool house, enjoy a lofted bed and retreat space for contemplation, journaling, writing of music, or visioning your next steps

- The Pool House: convenienctly located feet away from the sauna, hot tub, and pool, enjoy a relaxing retreat space with a view of the wild woods 

- The RV: boasting the most sleeping capacity, this RV is self contained with it's own kitchen, bathroom, sink(s), dining table and beds. It is farther from the common retreat space but a quick walk to the hot tub, sauna, and pool location

- Campsites: We have many campsites available along the Golden Road, a traversing path that leads to an old gold mine site, a spring, and a small pond. The campsites have access to water, power for charging phones and devices or small lights, and bathroom access. There are also specific fire locations. Fires are only approved upon direct notice and request given from the land stewards.

We have begun a monthly series featuring regional talent at The Hearth. Each show features new and upcoming releases of Honey of the Heart, and collaborations and features of artists from the Bay Area, Northern California and beyond. Heather Normandale and Paul Martin Sounder were the first two to be featured on November 17th, 2024. Our next show will be December 22nd and we will do our best to continue on the 3rd Sunday of every month. Small changes to the schedule may arise due to touring schedules and such. 

During the warmer time of year, this will be an outside event, but during the winter and cold months, we will bring it into the house near the hearth and close to the stream. Here is a first quick clip of the ambiance of Heather Normandale holding down such a sweet vibe at The Hearth.

We also have outdoor house concerts that have had up to 108 guests, which allow for a much larger gathering space for all types of events.
